Maybe he doesn't have a scanner?  So he is just 
using the images of the actual cels that he 
created the fancels from?  I agree with you and 
Mouse too... those are too exact to be the scans 
of the fancels.... they are definately scans of 
the original cels taken from galleries.  

I would email the seller and ask for a scan of 
the actual fancel... not just a found image.

2nd possibility.... The seller saved images, 
cleaned them up and had them printed on acetate.  
But then again he does say they are handpainted 
on acetate, so who knows.
