You also posted the real name of the eBay user 
and thus, committed the following offense.

EBay wouldn't be able to do anything if only the 
user name and the quoted message(s) are posted.

I think it's a bit unfair to say EBay doesn't 
care. Their policies are written clearly on the 
rules and safety page. It doesn't matter if you 
(in a whole, not directed at the sender of the 
previous message) are doing the right thing or 
not. You commit an offense, you get a warning and 
possibly a suspension. In order to prevent this, 
you just have to make sure you are not breaking 
their policies.
