Here is his defense:

I didnt use your scan, I got this image from a 
screencap from an image that shows images from 
the movie and just painted it into cel form. I 
also own the movie, and I know exactly where this 
image is from!!! I Think you should have asked me 
first before you reported me to ebay!!!!!! DONT 
ACCUSE ME OF WHAT YOU DONT KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's interesting, because I think we've all seen 
the movie, and the background certainly doesn't 
resemble the white sheet of my scanner.  I told 
him he was full of it, he stole the image from 
me, I think it's the one I had on photopoint 
because of the size and the little emblem.
