In the trades I've done in the past, both people
pay their own postage. I have heard of
arrangements where people who don't know each
other fall back on "the person who initiated the
trade sends their cel first", but that still
leaves room for said person to get burnt.
I've acted as an escrow in the past for people
doing Hard Rock Cafe pin trades as there seems to
be a little bit higher "burn" risk there - I've
never been cheated by a cel collector, but can't
say the same about my fellow pin collectors. 9_9
Escrow does double the postage involved, but if
the cels are worth enough, it can be nice to have
the peace of mind. I know *I* would look into
someone who could be an escrow if I were trading
any cels of incredibly high value.
