Hi All,

I was just wondering about making a cel trade 
with someone, and had a few questions.

The person I am dealing with I have little 
knowledge of (leaving names for now).

1. Is there someone who offers / can act as a 
middleman for the trade? Is this done?

2. Who generally pays for postage, does one party 
pay for both or do you both pay your own postage.

3. What is the general process, do we send the 
cels at the same time, does one perosn wait for 
the cels and then sends theirs etc....

Any assistance would be appreciated.....
