I realize you are persuing this as a dreamcel 
which might also mean the person whould be less 
willing to part with it if its also their 
dreamcel. You must be patient, emailing with 
higher bids hoping the person will finally shout 
SOLD isn't gonna work. You must show them that 
you are willing to WAIT until they are ready to 
sell. Letting them know you are interested is the 
first step, do not make a pest of yourself.
