Hi,

 I really need suggestions on the best way to 
scan cels. I have an Epson Perfection 1250 
scanner. I scan my cels between 65-75%, and then 
when I shrink them down to about 1/3 of the size 
the images become grainy. ??? I looked at a 
number of other sites that have thumbs even 
smaller than mine and their's are not distorted 
or grainy at all. What am I doing wrong??? I 
would greatly appreciate any help with this.
