I have been fortunate to have good luck talking 
down prices on several occasions, each with a 
different dealer. in each case the price was 
significantly above market value and had been 
sitting there for a while. I explained this to 
them in the most polite manner possible. remember 
you don't want to make it seem like you're 
telling them their cel isn't worth much, because 
obviously if you like it, it is worth something.
