I am very new to collecting and have a question 
about an Anime cel that I just received.  It 
looks really great and everything, but I see a 
little "-" mark on the person's blue jacket.  I 
looked in the back and there is no paint missing, 
rubs, folds, scratches, etc.  Is that just the 
artist's flaw or something like that?  There is 
no fading around the little mark either and it is 
whitish, not clear.  Thanks for your input
