is, but I think Nokoru from CLAMP Campus 
Detectives would be an ideal (and hated) cel 
collector. Why? Any boy who refers to a billion 
yen as "pocket money" could outbid us all.

Unless you're a woman. And it would make you 
unhappy to lose a cel.

But to the men, or those who would threaten the 
happiness of ladies, he would show no mercy.
