Miyama Mizuha from Mahou Tsukai Tai. She's the 
crazy manga artist, who uses her, 
ummm...status...to intimidate Takeo-kun ^^;;. We 
find out later she is an anime fiend as well (her 
project for the cultural festival is creating her 
own anime -.-;;).

Dispel-sama from Tenshi ni Narumon...but he would 
be the one to buy up all the closed-eyes, not so 
pretty shots. "Imperfection is beauty", no?
