Yeah, just go to the Post office, get in line and
ask them for an international money order to
Japan. I recomend sending it airmail, or global
priority, they have free envelopes there as well.

Do as what everyone says, everyone pretty much
summed it up. After the first time, it gets easy.

BTW, made the postal worker's life hell yesterday
morning. Hehe, I went up with 6 envelopes and
said, "I want three international money orders to
Japan, China, Canada." All of them stopepd dead
and just gave me this look. OH, they are used to
me doing this-they are finding it amusing-yeah
amusing, trust me. Be careful about buying from
China or France. My post office, guess it is with
all of them, they give you a white one or have
to, some costs a lot and then you mail it some
place to the states, then have that place mail
your seller a money order. SUCH a hassle...Japan
is easy and well, the first time for me was scary
too. :)

Yet, I'm sending out my money order Express to
Taro. It still takes around 1-3 days to go
through customs though, but do that once in a
while or with any orders more than $500. And
yeah, it does cost a lot. I still recoment global
priority to send. I also once sent someone a
mixed lined or wrongfuly lined address and it was
confusing, but it still got there. The Taro
address lined works:) Make sure the writing is
clear and printed well.

HEY! I got all three of my cels from Taro! I also
need someone to tell me more about this scene.
Seems a baby or child someone...was thinking Inu
Yasha, but was unsure...but anyway, have not seen
it all yet. I still love this cel to death!
