I am trying to learn PHP, so I ended up doing a 
project on PayPal just for fun to teach me how 
calculations work with variables.

Basically, it allows you to calculate what your 
fee is going to be from PayPal if you have 
Business/Premier account. There are 4 different 
types of PayPal accounts to choose from.
