Whoops. Looking over it--- when I say that the 
glass filters the UV light, glass doesn't 
automatically do that. There's a special kind of 
glass that filters the light so that it blocks 
most of (not all of, most of) the harmful 
radiation, and if you're going through the 
trouble of framing the cel, you'd probably want 
to get the special glass. ;o)

Just wanted to clarify that.
