Hi,
I was wondering if some of you can help me out. I 
have had a couple of my cels framed.  Upon 
opening one of my framed cels I discovered that 
the frames had stuck the tape to the back of the 
cel where the paint is. They told me that this is 
normal procedure which I find fishy since if you 
peel the tape the paint will chip. I asked them 
to write how they framed the cel and they 
refused. I have other cels framed by them, but am 
reluctant to have them open it. I suspect they 
will try to lie their way out of any damage. 

Besides complaining to the BBB, is there anything 
else that can be done? How do you check framers' 
background.
