Hi, I should note that you should NOT use nail
varnish remover on cels or ANY type of plastic!
Nail polish remover or nail varnish remover
contains a keytone, a chemical that is NOT plastic
friendly ;_;!  It will potentially EAT/DISSOLVE
away plastic, leaving a hole behind.

The only safe removers I have heard that you can
use on cels are rubbing alcohol, mineral oil, and
mineral spirits.  Again, do NOT use nail polish
remover on cels!  I hope this helps.
