I think all the WB stores have closed/are 
closing...at least that's the impression I got 
from the manager of the store near us.  I was told 
that for now the cels will remain warehoused...and 
then maybe sent out to private dealers, but I've 
not seen any out there yet.  B.M. is also not in 
our country, so it doesn't really matter in her 
case anyway, sadly.  

I think her best bet would be to keep an eye on 
ebay, or seek out private galleries online.  Sorry 
I can't really help you! :(

And hey Bulma!  Did you ever get that email I sent 
to you about the Vegeta cel??  I saw that someone 
else got it...I hope you at least got to view 
it!!! ^_^
