The binders, btw, had images of cels that the 
store could get for you, not the actual cels 
themselves; the stores had a few walls' worth of 
assorted sericels, mostly on display, and a very 
limited stock of production cels.

But, yeah. They didn't have much in the way of 
production cels in-store.
