Is there any way to purchase these repro cels 
outside of Japan? I see on Gainax's web site that 
they dont ship to addresses outside of Japan. 

Is there some sort of a third party organization 
that can purchase one of these cels in Japan and 
then ship it to the United States?

I wonder if celga does this sort of thing....
