Hello, I was working on a cel and I bought from 
Cartoon Colour Company what I thought would be a 
good color if I blend it with lots of white, the 
radiant orange. The color looked fine when on the 
web color chart, but when I got it, jeez, it is a 
hideous neon orange... I desperately need advice 
on which color to buy for my skin color. Any 
ideas?
