Yes the scan that you make rightfully belongs to 
you.... however, when you take that scan and 
place it on a website, you do it at your own 
risk.  We all know that millions of people look 
at millions of websites and 'steal' millions of 
images every day.  When you post and image, there 
is a good chance that it will be saved and used 
by someone else.  I guess it's just the small 
price we pay for wanting to show off our cels.
