How does that work, exactly? I've been ignoring 
it since (to me, at least) it looks like a 
direction to people who want to use Ebay's online 
methods of payment. (I have enough trouble with 
Paypal, thanks. . . I'm avoiding more of those
"helpful" services. ~_~)

But I haven't won many Ebay auctions since I saw 
it started. So what exactly does it do?
