was and still am in the same situation you 
were last month.

a lot of great advice has been offered already.

my plan was the sale page first, then e-bay. 
i'm gearing up for the ebay phase soon.

suggestions:
-once your sale page is up, get on the JACML 
mailing list and send a 'for sale' notice. also 
make an announcement on every anime cel 
forum out there. but keep it to only one notice 
per forum unless you update the page. 
repeating sale notices are annoying.

-add prices whereever possible. i don't enjoy 
making offers and i'm sure that's the same for 
most people.

and just to echo everyone else: the most 
efficient scan with the most complete 
information is always appreciated, whether it's 
ebay or your web page.
