Not a cel, but a sketch got nearly-ruined.  I 
went to get a cel framed at an animation gallery, 
and the person used tape to tape the sketch to 
the back of the mat.  I couldn't get it off 
without tearing up the edges of the sketch.  That 
annoys me to no end everytime I look at it.
