I was just at Michael's and saw the books -- 
they're nice hardcover scrapbooks (with fabric and 
some soft padding around that hard cover), in the 
scrapbooking section.  They look like they would 
make good cel books, especially since the pages 
can be rearranged or added to as needed, but sadly 
the largest size they come in (12 x 15) isn't 
quite large enough for some of my cels and 
backgrounds.  >_<

The ones at my local store were available in 
forest green or white, and both had a gold border. 
The pages in them have white paper rather than 
black.
