I think my friend used something like that too, 
she bought a photo album from Michaels when they 
had a sale and she now uses it as a celbook, she 
said it works great too because its a ring binder 
type album so its quite easy to rearrange the 
cels. Unlike the "offical" art display books, you 
have to take out each cels you want to rearrange.
I havn't had the chance of going to Michaels 
myself to take a look but if anyone buys a bunch, 
get some to put on sale online ^__~
