I am always in favor of not paying for webspace. 
It seems silly to want to pay someone $15-50 a 
month for webservice unless you plan on running 
some kind of business like Yann. If you just want 
to display a gallery, find a reasonable free 
server to put your cels on. I am running mine on 
Stormpages, which offers 50MB of space and has 
only one non-intrusive little banner add at the 
top of the page. My domain is through 
Speednames.com. They offer URL forwarding for up 
tp ten URLS as well as email forwarding with 
every domain purchase for under $50, and it's a 
two year deal. I have been running a website of 
one kind or another fora few years and so far 
that is the best deal I've found. Good luck!
