Heh. I admit, most of my knowledge is of American 
animation and not Japanese. @_@
I always assumed that the Japanese only sent 
keyframes to the Korean studios, where all the 
in-betweening and cel painting is done. No proof 
for it. I wonder if anyone has information from an 
actual studio that would know what the real 
process is?
