If what you mean is a cel where the main picture 
is painted on a background, then the lines are on 
a seperate layer, then this is usually not a 
hanken cel (if it was used in the production of 
an anime). These are called Harmony cels. :) I'd 
love to have one myself, but these usually run 
quite expensive too. ^^;
