Yeah! I was looking at a bunch of cels with a 
visiting friend who knows nothing about cels or 
their prices. When we looked at Art Shop Rose he 
commented that Art Shop Rose's prices, compared to 
the quality of their cels, "blow". There were even 
a couple of cels I was planning on buying before 
the prices were raised.
