Okay, it's time to fume.

I went to Art Shop Rose to see what I might want 
to purchase from their "50% off" sale only to 
find...
they jacked up the prices on alot of their cels 
BIGtime.  Just in time for the sale. How very 
cunning.

Not only that, but their "20 Dollar Cel Section"- 
which is a rip-off in the first place because you 
have to buy at least 3 cels from it, meaning 
you'd spend at least 60 dollars- now requires you 
to buy FOUR cels from them, meaning you have to 
spend at least 80 dollars!

Maybe I'm wrong about the prices being jacked up, 
but I'm pretty sure alot of prices are higher 
than when I last saw them. Anyone want to look at 
the place and confirm this? 

I know I'm one person who's never buying from 
them again.
