I have noticed that a lot of cels have come in 
lately with staples.  My Taro cels have staples 
(grrr) and a TNN cel I got also had them (grrr).  
I also have some FY's with them (GRRR!).  Ugh, I 
really hate the staples too, I would rather have 
the layers free, but then you might get some 
stuck in odd places.  It's one of those pro/con 
things.  If you do remove them, use wire cutters 
or something, that way you dont have to bend the 
staples and risk slicing the acetate :)
