I ordered a DBGT cel from him rigt off his site 
about 6 months ago.  I sent money via paypal, and 
he said that the cel was on its way.  Well after 
a month I never got it.
After I sent him several emails, he finally paid 
me bak half of the money.  I figured the cel was 
lost in the mail.
It was not until later that I found out about his 
history.
I am really sorry you had this experience with 
them, I wish there was a way ebay could block him 
entirely.
