I was fooling around with some of the images on 
your pages but I don't want to post without your 
permission so here are some examples from my 
collection. (I'll delete everything unless you 
want to see any that I've fiddled with).

This is a big pan cel from CCS (ok, I do have a 
need to show it off one more time -- forgive me? 
^_~).

The scan is only 28k. The thumbnail is only 4kb 
(see next message). When I messed around a bit on 
my program with your scans, with only a little 
change in size, I more than halved the file size. 
(From a few examples I took from your site, your 
thumbnails are around 30-60k and the larger scans 
are 80k or more).

If I'm being too patronizing or annoying, just 
let me know ^^;;
