I was looking at the cel too.  First I think that 
the cel is only "ok", second the reserve is 
definatly way to high, and third, anyone willing 
to pay that much for a cel like that is just 
crazy.  The Majin Vegeta cel that was just on 
ebay only went for $1065, and that was a far 
better cel.

But this is all just my opinion...
