Oh dear. Here I was hoping for a reasonable
discussion about this topic and the rebuttal I
get is something written in caps. Raising one's
voice never makes for a solid debate.
I'm speaking theoretically that if a cel sold so
quickly in the first few seconds of an update
then the price can determined as especially good.
Likewise if people were dismayed over the fact it
was sold and would like to know what the price
was it's because they, too, think that a bargain
has slipped through their fingers.
If the price was really high and somebody wanted
to pay more (double, triple, etc) than market
value for it (and in the first few seconds of an
update) then good luck to them. And yes, if all
the prices were very high and yet people kept
buying them, that would raise the prices. But I
do see high and ridiculously priced things
sitting around on sites all the time -- even for
hot series. So, it seems to reason that people
are able to reign in their unbridled desire for a
cel and be smarter shoppers.
I wouldn't mind continuing this discussion if
somebody wants to add or disagree with what I've
written. However, I won't be responding to
anymore anonymous or rude posts.
Best of luck everybody,
