Actually it stands to reason that if the price 
was so good that it sold in the first few minutes 
(or hours or whatever) then leaving the price 
would help the overall market to go down. The 
more low prices we see for similar cels then the 
less likely things are going to get out of hand.

After all, I comparison shop for a lot of things 
-- it means to look for a good deal (prices) and 
not as a way to find the highest price ^^;; If 
prices were left up, people would become more 
informed buyers. It would be helpful for sellers 
too to so they know how to price.

However, as it has been pointed out to me by 
several friends, it's nice to have the price 
removed for privacy issues on the part of the 
actual buyer.
