Actually I do have a pagebuilder. I've been using 
Cool Page and if you can get past their annoying 
little icons it's a great program. Very easy to 
use. The problem is that it isn't the best 
program for adding HTML onto your page. And the 
link for the webring is in HTML. I know a little 
(enough to alter the font size, color, or add 
email tags), but I still can't figure out what I 
did wrong here. *sighs* Guess I can't join the 
ring after all.
