Not exactly San Francisco, but being that the 
East Bay is my domain... ^_^

Kimono My House in Emeryville has drawers full of 
cels from God knows what series...they're kept in 
this big messy pile that would make any collector 
cry. Their "behind-the-counter" cels are from 
older series, like Tetsuwan Atom and whatnot. 
Cels or no cels, though, this is a store that has 
to be seen to be believed! It is *amazing*.

Paradigm in Berkeley has a few cels from Shin 
Tenchi/Pretty Sammy TV. They're framed, so 
they're kinda pricey.
