As far as I can tell, Kinokuniya in nihonmachi 
is the only one worth visiting.  They have four 
folders at the front desk, but be warned that 
their selection isn't too impressive, as far as 
wonderfully expensive cels go (as in, they 
don't have any).

This past weekend, I dragged a friend all the 
way down to Nikaku in San Jose, but was 
bummed out when they told me that they won't 
be selling any cels until the conventions next 
year.  Still a nice place to go for DVDs, 
soundtracks, nick-nacks, LDs and manga.
