Most animators in japan get paid beans, 
especially the ones on the production line that 
aren't 'key' staff.  Would it piss you off if you 
were getting paid like $3.00 an hour for 10  hour 
work days and see the stuff you work do get sold 
by the company for more than you'd get paid in a 
month?  

I always feel bad for the actual 
animators...though I think it would be kind of 
amusing to be an animator in a hentai show... 
probably get sick of tentacles *real* fast...
