Yeah....most people consider flaws fixed by the 
house as part of the cel, so it never really 
detracts value. But I have a feeling personally 
fixing it WOULD detract...however, if you got a 
profesional to do it, it wouldn't detract (people 
do this to restore cels, and it can increase the 
value almost up to it's original price). 
Basically, that little extra of the fact that 
it's professionally done goes the extra mile, in 
terms fo value.

I'm sowwy about your cel,though...one would think 
you should have words with the seller.
