Thats a fairly novel idea but usually when you 
deal with humidity levels you would like to keep 
them within a certain constant. Its the drastic 
changes up and down with moisture levels that do 
the most damage. If you dry out the surrounding 
area too much it might crack the paint (I am 
unsure if it would or not) Thats why museums like 
to keep them with certain ranges for their 
artifacts. I do not know what would be best for 
cels?
