It appears that each time I try to log in to my 
account and donate money through my existing 
PayPal account, I can't.

On the surface, it appears that you could only 
send donations as a new member.

I haven't clicked all the way yet since I'm not 
sure if I'll actually be sending my money to the 
relief effort (that is, I'm not certain if the 
system recognizes my account and is transmitting 
the money from it properly).

Has anyone clicked all the way through and 
received a transaction record or confirmation?
