From Germany, the best is probably to come
to the Cartoonist Festival in France : several
of the french anime shop I mentioned take cels
and I also go there with most of the cels I have.

It will be especialy easy now as the festival
will happen once per year in Paris. The next
one is from the 9 to 11 November. Check :
