I know what you mean Darky. I lived in Germany 
from 1998-2000 and went almost insane!! No 
internet...right, like I'm going to pay 10 DM for 
15 min!...and absolutely NO cels anywhere! There 
was an anime convention I believe in 1999? in 
Berlin. They had plushes, cards, comics, videos, 
ect. but only a handful of cels. The prices were 
insane considering the quality. It reminded me of 
the Simpsons when Bart buys an "Itchy and 
Scratchy" cel for $350 and winds up with an arm.
