^.^ Hello Misha and everyone else reading this 
thread.. I'm the other half of Reiven's Nest.. the 
half few people ever talk to. I'm the one who 
posts the items, (okay my jokes are bad.. ) and I 
also do the packaging now as well.. (well, 
sometimes Noriko and I do it together) but for the 
most part, I'm kindof the behind the scenes one.. 
and email/payment is done by Noriko. Its just the 
two of us now, and things have simplified 
tremendously. =)  

Last year, I wasnt doing anything really with 
Reivens Nest, other than occassional help, some 
artwork for our site which went boom with the 
server.. and also I helped decide on pricing and 
what to sell and stuff like that. But basically, 
the job that I do now was done by an ex-friend of 
mine.. also our ex-roomate, who we hired in order 
to keep peace and keep her from setting us on fire 
in our sleep. BIG mistake.. HUGE.. we thought that 
if she had a hand in with everything, and got paid 
for her services, then she would be nice about 
everything and treat everything as if it were her 
own... and thats apparently what she did.. I've 
heard about your Nazca cels, Misha, and someone 
else's Kenshin manga.. not ever getting sent... 
because our employee decided that she was going to 
keep them apparently. Or whatever she decided to 
do.. she was a big fan of Nazca as well as Rurouni 
Kenshin.. and she had been asked to deal with 
taking those to the post office.. and I guess she 
got the taking part down.. 

In any case, she was removed from our employment 
at the beginning of this year.. and removed from 
our premises in May. She now is thousands of miles 
away, and is not returning. I send my deepest 
apologies to all the victims of her dishonesty, 
and realize my utter stupidity in trusting her 
with a position like the one she was given.. If 
anyone has any concerns or questions, feel free to 
ask me.. I'm probably more well known as the 
'softie' of the two of us..  and as a cel 
collector myself, it really angers me that this 
kind of thing happened under my name and norikos 
as well. 

I hope our further dealings with the anime 
community will help us earn your trust .. and I
