Good morning everyone. I was recently contacted
by Paypal on behalf of Kenny Ho. In his complaint
I found a link to this forum and took some time
perusing through it.
I want to start by appologising to the community
at large. I am Miyagami Noriko, the one at the
helm of Reivens Nest. I have a staff of multiple
people here, though only two are now authorized
to deal with people directly anymore. I had
previously allowed others to do such, but I have
found that to do such created many issues,
especially when my name was signed at the bottom
from sig files.
I guess I am writing this as an attempt to clear
some things up.
-First; yes we do get many of our cels from
Mandarake, not all of them. We get many items
from many places. Some of them have been in my
posession since 1982.
-Second; Recently I shut down all international
transactions. When I was looking through the
records I found that 90% of all the problems I
was facing were coming from international. The
usual complaint was that the item never arrived.
International dealings are hard to track, and I
had attempted to write my policies to reflect
that if a buyer did not help protect them, then
they were at risk. A mistake I believe that was
used against us by one of our former employees.
I will leave the name out of this, mostly because
former means former. But the records kept by this
person did not always balance. I at first assumed
it was due to the poor math skills she had, but I
have just recently been able to peice together
through discussions with both loyal customers,
former customers, postal employees, and many
others, that this person was not 100% honest in
her work. Either that or had a habit of
conveniantly loosing things when they were of
interest to her.
-Thirdly: I have seen a note in a previous thread
about snippy feedback remarks. The majority of
those were placed by myself. I appologise to
those hurt by them. I believed that my records
kept by the people I worked with were accurate. I
used them to base a majority of my opinions on.
Our recent system has now made it where all
outgoing items, all transactions, everything
requires that either myself or Kacey must have a
verifiable part in it or it is not shipped. She
is after all the only one I know 100% I can trust
anymore. I have in the last couple of months
ceased leaving negative feedbacks in all but one
case. A person who filed a neutral feedback for a
shipping issue (they claim that the items were
shipped together and I shipped them seperate)
under the baasis that they made no attempt to
contact me, I would have refunded the shipping
fee without hesitation. And yes I still am going
to, I am just in this window right now and the
Paypal window is under it, where I can do that
and deal with the Kenny Ho issue.
-Finally; I have noticed complaints by people. I
ask now that all people who hold complaints
against us to please contact me. I know our
company has been through alot, we have been
through good and bad phases, but I built this
idea of Reivens Nest on honesty. I do not want it
to be percieved as dishonest.
Please, feel free to address any issues here in
public forum with me. To me Reivens Nest is not
about money, it never was. It was about a dream I
had when I was young. And to know that that dream
could be seen as dishonest in some peoples eyes
is not what I ever wanted.
