If the cel is really that disappointing, I would
send it back. If you buy a cel that you believe
to be in good condition, and then discover it has
major imperfections, I think you have the right to
contact the seller/dealer about returning the cel
for a refund.
Unless you're in a situation where you absolutely
can't return it, or have no way to contact the
seller regarding it. (like if you bought the cel
from Japan through a deputy service)
I wouldn't risk seperating the layers... it sounds
like they're pretty melted together. And if you
do, you risk harming the cel even further.
But like many people on this board have said
befire... ultimately, it's your cel, and you
should do what you think is best. ^_^
