My Zero Ryoko cel came in today and has two 
layers. Unfortunately, the animators didn't want 
to wait for the paint to dry and slapped the 
layers together wet. Here's my problem...the cel 
is hideous. :( It has  rainbow and wet-look 
swirlies all over her waist and you can see her 
second layer eyes through the first. Should I 
just try to seperate the two? This definately 
isn't, IMO, a frame worthy cel. Trading or 
selling is out of the question.
